The questions I keep getting about the first Cohort (answered honestly)
Time commitment, enterprise relevance, founder-led fit, BTW invoices, payment plans. Eight answers.
Save this. Send it to one founder or GTM operator who is not sure how to win in 2026 by executing BETTER to grow more or if they can benefit from the first GTM OS Cohort on Async selling.
Hi GTM operator,
Since yesterday I have had a lot of the same questions come in. Worth answering here so you have what you need to decide.
What is the time commitment per week?
One 60-minute live session. Two to three hours of async deployment work between sessions. The async work is not homework. It is applying the system to your actual deals. If you have active pipeline, the work is the sprint.
I sell enterprise deals with long cycles. Is this relevant?
Yes. I built this system in a context with €1M+ ACV and six-person buying committees at 24sessions. Multi-stakeholder deals where the decision takes months and the buying team changes three times before you close. Async Selling is more relevant for complex deals than simple ones. At Personio Benelux the full system drove a 40% increase in win rate and a 65% increase in ACV. Those are enterprise numbers.
I am a founder selling without a sales team. Does it apply?
Yes. The system works at founder-led and lean-team stages. Several sessions are built specifically for the solo operator running their own pipeline. The infrastructure you set up scales with you when you hire.
What does the “12 assets” mean in practice?
Workbooks, templates, cadence documents, Phase Guide PDFs, diagnostic tools, and infographics. Every asset is fill-in-and-deploy. Not something to adapt from scratch. The workbook takes you through each of the 12 steps with your own deal data.
What tools do I need?
A Loom account or equivalent. A digital sales room platform. The playbook covers tool selection based on your stage and ACV. You do not need anything set up before we start.
What happens after the four weeks?
Your annual GTM OS membership continues. Full access to the Async Selling course and all 28 assets permanently. You join the weekly operator rhythm: Wednesday pipeline review, weekly GTM Signal, monthly office hours. The cohort installs the system. The membership is where you compound it. Founding members keep their direct line to me for the full year.
What does founding member status actually mean?
Four things. A founding member badge inside the Circle community so you are visible as one of the original 25. A direct line to me beyond the 4-week cohort. First access to every new playbook as it ships. €699 for the first year, against a standard price of €1,499. Founding member status closes Sunday at midnight.
Can I expense this?
Yes. An invoice is available on request. NL-based: reply directly for a BTW-compliant invoice. Stripe does not handle Dutch BTW cleanly for business purchases.
Is there a payment plan?
Possible. Reply here and we will sort out two installments.
[5 founding members in / 20 seats remain]. Sunday at midnight, the founding tier closes and the price moves to €1,499.
